By accessing or using Ledgora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users — society administrators, committee members, and residents — who access the Platform in any capacity.

Ledgora is a society accounting and management platform intended for registered housing societies, apartment complexes, and similar residential communities.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the Platform to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.

Society administrators are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the Platform — including resident records and financial data — is accurate and up to date.

To access the Platform, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify us immediately at support@ledgora.co.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Ledgora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Ledgora offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@ledgora.co.in within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within the Platform. Ledgora does not claim any intellectual property rights over your society's data.

You grant Ledgora a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.

Upon account termination, you may export your data. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

The Ledgora platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Ledgora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Ledgora provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Ledgora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
