We also collect usage data automatically: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction logs to help us improve the platform.

For society administrators, we may collect additional details such as resident records, maintenance schedules, and financial transaction data that you upload or enter into the system.

To provide, operate, and maintain the Ledgora platform and its features.

To process payments, generate invoices, and send maintenance reminders on your behalf.

To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

To analyse usage patterns and improve our services — all analysis is performed on aggregated, anonymised data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

Access to your society's data is restricted to authorised administrators and residents within your society. Ledgora staff access data only when required for support, and only with your explicit consent.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Ledgora uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session preferences.

We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the platform is used and where we can improve.

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core functionality.

We integrate with payment processors to handle transactions securely. These providers have their own privacy policies and are PCI-DSS compliant.

Society administrators can export all society data from the platform dashboard.
