The Problem We Lived
Our founders served on a housing society committee in Pune. Chasing maintenance dues, managing handwritten ledgers, and coordinating with a part-time accountant was exhausting. We knew there had to be a better way.
First Lines of Code
We built the first internal tool for our own society — a simple billing tracker that sent WhatsApp reminders. Neighbours asked for it. Then their neighbours did too.
Surviving the Lockdown
When physical offices shut, digital society management became essential overnight. We scaled from 3 pilot societies to 30 in six months, handling everything remotely.
The Portal Breakthrough
We launched dedicated subdomains for each society — their own branded portal, their own database. Committees finally felt ownership over their data.
Gate & Visitor Management
Security guards needed a tool that worked on basic Android phones with no app install. We built a PWA-based gate entry system that works on any browser, any device.
Crossing 50 Societies
Ledgora crossed 50 active societies and ₹1 crore in monthly maintenance processed. We expanded our managed accounting team to serve larger RWAs and apartment complexes.
Full-Stack Accounting
We introduced AGM-ready financial reports, audit trails, and multi-fund accounting. Societies no longer needed a separate CA for routine compliance.
